Greystone VOCRMC — room VOC indication is configuration-dependent

The VOCRMC uses a metal-oxide VOC sensing approach and is sold with TVOC or VOC Index indication plus temperature and optional humidity. An algorithm-derived VOC Index is not a laboratory compound-specific ppm value; neither channel should be used as a substitute for regulated gas-exposure monitoring. Position the wall unit in representative occupied-room air rather than beside a solvent cabinet, cooking exhaust outlet or a supply diffuser.

Manufacturer-listed interface choices include analog 4–20 mA or 0–5/0–10 V DC and BACnet/Modbus, with optional relay, override, RH and local user features. These are order-code options, not proof every VOCRMC has every output. Select the actual communication suffix, available BMS input type and required auxiliary features before wiring or authoring alarms; trend and fan-control thresholds should reflect the sensor’s broad VOC response and its recovery behavior.
