Original selection notes specify a 120°C upper working-temperature limit without cold-end extension. Above this, the manufacturer instructs the specifier to lengthen the cold end. The page describes 304 stainless-steel probes, −50 to +300°C family order-code span, selectable 4–20 mA / 0–10 V / RS485 / PT100 / PT1000, and IP65 when installation connections are complete. These are family limits, not proof that all configurations can safely reach 300°C. No model-specific Ex approval has been verified.
