EPS1000 pressure versus depth-rated construction
EPS1000 is aimed at subsea hydraulic and control environments where fluid pressure rating and external ocean depth load are separate design constraints. The published 350–20,000 psi pressure range, 12,000 FSW environment statement, output type and 255°F family temperature ceiling must be cross-checked against one exact mechanical/electrical version and the subsea integrator’s requirements. Verify marine connector sealing, galvanic corrosion protection, pressure cycling and failure consequences; a bare family specification is not proof of the deployed assembly’s water-tight rating. No hazardous-area classification is implied solely by use on an ROV, and the site retains the maker’s ‘illustration similar’ qualification.
