ATM/F — hygienic diaphragm and output selection
Process connection: The value of the ATM/F flush/aseptic construction depends on the actual hygienic process fitting, diaphragm material and cleaning protocol. Verify mechanical seal design, clean-in-place temperature and elastomer/wetted-material compatibility before specifying it for food, beverage or bioprocess service.
Output selection: AirAlign lists 0–5 V, 0–10 V and 4–20 mA alternatives. A controller analog channel must match the ordered version; a voltage-output transmitter cannot be substituted into a current-loop input without a suitable interface.
Certification: Standard ATM/F and the separately named ATM/F/Ex must remain distinct. A hygienic connection alone does not prove sterilization compatibility or explosion protection for an unspecified code.
