Hygienic stainless-steel pressure transmitter with flush front for clean-in-place duty. STS lists 100 mbar–25 bar range, selectable ±0.50/±0.25/±0.10% FS, −25 to +85°C operating and −25 to +100°C process temperature, 4–20 mA interface and FM/FM-C certificate documents.

Important hazardous-area limitation: FM/FM-C approval is not equivalent to an ATEX or IECEx certificate. Any certificate listed by the manufacturer must be matched to the actual variant’s approval number, gas/dust class, wiring/circuit barriers and marking. Merely sharing an /IS suffix or product photograph does not establish universal approval.

FM hazardous-location schedule (manufacturer instructions 10.00.0410.B, 02/2016): Allowed temperature classes depend on ordered configuration: T6: ambient and medium −25 to +55°C; T4: ambient −25 to +85°C, medium −25 to +100°C; T3: ambient −25 to +85°C, medium −25 to +150°C (only if separately rated and equipped for that temperature). Do not confuse these FM limits with the standard product operating specification. Intrinsically safe entity input maxima for the specified ATM /IS group are Vmax 30 V, Imax 100 mA and Pi 1 W; Ci 10 nF + 0.12 nF/m of integrated cable, Li 0.1 mH + 0.001 mH/m. Process-connection options include DIN 11851 DN25/40/50, clamp connections and DIN flanges; output options 05 (4–20 mA) and 08 (surge-protected 4–20 mA); accuracy codes 0/1/2 (0.5/0.25/0.1% FS).
