Different process-connection, electrical and cable variants may have different permitted gas groups and installation conditions; titanium housing must be protected from friction and mechanical spark risk as the certificate states. Do not extrapolate approval to ATM.1ST without /Ex suffix.

Treat the high-temperature process option and hazardous-area ambient rating as separate selection checks. Locate the electronics where both requirements are satisfied. An instrument selected for a high full-scale range can have substantial absolute uncertainty at low readings; select the span for the measurement rather than simply the maximum pressure encountered.
