AFRISO original catalog and model-level QA

DMU 03 HD high-pressure options include original manufacturer example codes 33402 (0–1,000 bar), 33403 (0–1,600 bar), 33404 (0–2,200 bar). The general DMU 03 and DMU 03 HD are different mechanical configurations. Optional Ex and SIL2 configurations must be checked by exact part/certificate; these example codes are not universal Ex approval.

HD performance<±0.5% FSO; response ≤10 ms.
HD thermal limitsMedium −40…125°C; ambient −40…85°C; storage −40…100°C.

The standard and HD versions require different mating connections and pressure-rated installation hardware. The HD page includes generic low-pressure marketing wording, but its actual variant table identifies high-pressure ranges; use the exact part table for procurement. Optional Ex or SIL claims require the selected configuration and documentation. A component SIL designation alone does not validate a complete safety function.
