LFUD103 — short blind-zone level monitoring
LFUD103 is designed with an approximately 0.1 m blind zone on its maker-listed 0–3 m measurement class. It can suit a shallower vessel where a standard LFUD101 head would leave excessive unusable top space, but transducer position, foam and tank-wall reflections still require review. Distinguish the two-wire current-loop variant from additional RS485/relay electronics, and set zero/span relative to the tank’s real datum. The quoted ±0.15% FS should be evaluated at the actual selected span.
