High-line-pressure differential transmitter for industrial test, wellhead and pump systems, nominal 1–600 psid differential measuring spans, configurable ±0.05% or ±0.1% FS accuracy and up to 2,000 psi burst pressure on both sides. STS identifies stainless steel construction, voltage/current outputs and −40 to +250°F operating range.

Engineering verification: These are manufacturer family-level facts, not an exhaustive enumeration of mechanical and electrical order codes. A complete system safety rating requires the ordered nameplate and corresponding certificate schedule; no blanket ATEX/IECEx approval is asserted.

DP2000 line pressure versus measured differential

The DP2000 measures the pressure difference between two process ports, so its 1–600 psid differential span must be evaluated separately from its stated pressure burst limits on both sides. A burst rating is not the continuous allowable static line pressure. Choose the correct impulse/valve arrangement, overpressure protection, zero trim and measurement direction for filters, pumps or wellhead test setups. When quoting ±0.05 or ±0.1% FS, calculate the absolute differential uncertainty at the selected configured scale. This model’s page indicates its detailed datasheet is available on request, so unpublished settings should remain unverified until obtained. No broad Ex claim should be made from related STS certificates.
