LEFOO LFM751 Intrinsically Safe Differential Pressure Transmitter

Low differential-pressure sensing for air and neutral gases, with approximately ±100/1000/10000 Pa variants and 4–20mA signal output.
Manufacturer: LEFOO
Ex ia IIC T4 Ga / Ex ib IIIC T130°C Db (specific gas/dust versions); check certificate and intrinsic-safety loop parameters.
Verify current original certificate, exact Ex marking, ambient limits, entity parameters, hazardous-area zone and order code before specifying a device. AirAlign does not certify equipment.

Original LEFOO model-specific Ex parameters and variant range
The manufacturer’s LFM751 model page lists LFM7516 = −100 to +100 Pa, LFM7510 = −1000 to +1000 Pa, LFM7512 = −10000 to +10000 Pa, with respective manufacturer-dependent minimum usable spans. Two-wire 4–20 mA, 12–30 VDC and IP65 are given for the family.
Manufacturer-advertised hazardous-location markings are Ex ia IIC T4 Ga (gas) and Ex ib IIIC T130°C Db (dust), representing different certified versions, not simultaneous universal approval. Manufacturer entity figures: Ui = 30 VDC; Ii = 120 mA; Pi = 0.75 W; Ci = 0.01 μF; Li = 0 mH. Working medium temperature −20 to +70°C; ADC12 aluminium housing requires avoidance of impact/friction ignition risk. A current original certificate annex with number and scope for exact model/gas vs dust version is not independently verified. Do not assume a CE conformity statement is ATEX/IECEx approval. LFM751 — intrinsically safe DP loop boundary
The LFM751 is described for intrinsic-safety Ex ia/ib installations, requiring an approved control/energy-limiting barrier and documented loop electrical parameters—not a normal 4–20 mA supply assumed safe by itself. Compare its ±100, ±1,000 or ±10,000 Pa cell option and allowable static pressure with the intended process. Confirm precise gas-versus-dust label, temperature class, enclosure accessories, barrier matching and installed cable characteristics against the valid certificate schedule.
LFM751 — intrinsically safe circuit
LFM751’s Ex ia/ib marketing marks require an approved barrier and documented circuit voltage/current/cable energy limits; a conventional 4–20 mA loop is not automatically intrinsically safe. Select the actual differential cell range from the manufacturer choices, and confirm static line pressure tolerance and calibration. Gas versus dust markings, allowed zone and temperature classification require the approved order-code and certificate schedule.
