BT-3X1 / 3X2 — differential-pressure family selection
EMS catalogs BT-3X1 and BT-3X2 as differential-pressure transmitter configurations. Determine the measuring range, whether bidirectional differential measurement is supported, and each suffix’s electrical interface before preparing a BMS drawing. Both pressure ports must be connected to defined high/low references; zeroing with disconnected hoses may not reproduce system static conditions. Calculate the working differential and the worst allowable common-mode pressure separately. This is a measurement transmitter, not by itself a mechanical fail-safe pressure switch.
