CT-3XX — CO transmitter versus CO alarm

EMS identifies CT-3XX as a carbon monoxide (CO) transmitter. Continuous CO monitoring for ventilation control should be distinguished from independently certified domestic or industrial life-safety alarm functions. Confirm the delivered sensor technology, measurable ppm band, calibration/recovery behavior and controller analog/digital interface. Position away from contaminating aerosols or heat sources that distort exposure representation. A CO concentration sensor element or BMS point is not itself proof that alarm timing, redundancy and audible notification requirements are satisfied.
