LEFOO LFS71 Explosion-Proof Air Velocity Transmitter

Original LEFOO LFS71 explosion-proof air velocity transmitter with LCD housing
Original maker photograph of LEFOO LFS71 product housing and one probe connection type. No independent ATEX/IECEx certificate is established by this picture or by a separate EMC document. Original manufacturer model photo/source.
Certificate evidence boundary (LEFOO, October 2026): The manufacturer lists this model as an explosion-protected transmitter. Its publicly listed LFM76, LFM77, LFS71 and LFS72 TÜV SÜD certificate is a voluntary EMC Directive 2014/30/EU assessment, not an ATEX or IECEx approval. The model-advertised Ex d IIC T6 Gb marking must not be promoted as independently certified until the matching current Ex certificate, annex, variant / order code and ambient conditions are established. Check the nameplate before hazardous-area installation.

LFS71 — air-velocity Ex claim evidence

LFS71 is marketed as an explosion-proof air-velocity transmitter, but LEFOO’s cited EMC assessment covering LFS71/LFS72 does not constitute an ATEX or IECEx certificate. Obtain the instrument’s actual Ex nameplate, notified-body certificate and approved wiring/probe assembly before classified-location use. Airspeed measurement also requires ordered range, orientation and probe temperature limits; a marketing Ex d IIC T6 statement should remain unverified until matched to the installed device.

Air velocity transmitter for hazardous locations; manufacturer states Ex d IIC T6 Gb and 0–10/20/30/40 m/s configurable ranges.
