Produal RTX — a temperature-only base model is not RTX-RH
The RTX ordering matrix distinguishes the basic room-temperature transmitter (RTX) from RTX-RH humidity variants, RTX-CO2 families and optional VOC/PIR sensors. The standard RTX is therefore not automatically a combined humidity, CO₂ or occupancy detector. Manufacturer catalog values include 0–50 °C room temperature and ±0.3 °C accuracy at 20–25 °C in the specified reference conditions, not a guarantee for extreme ambient environments.
The maker lists 24-V AC/DC supply and configurable analog outputs for the room transmitter platform; Modbus, BACnet or relay functions depend on the ordered option. Document the source of each BMS point and configured output span when commissioning. Wall placement near sunlight, fan outlets or heat-producing appliances can bias temperature-based ventilation decisions. Never infer wet-location or hazardous-area approval from a general room-sensor listing.
