ZE03-PH₃ is positioned for phosphine detection, with a manufacturer-family listing reaching up to 1,000 ppm in some configurations. That broad span should not be taken as an appropriate life-safety alarm threshold or accuracy claim for every ordered cell. The actual model’s calibration, response time, interfering gases, humidity tolerance and signal scaling must be documented. Commissioning, cross sensitivity and safety
PH₃ may be used in fumigation, where a delayed or incorrect sensor reading can be a serious safety issue. The original Winsen listing does not expose the PH₃ cell’s exact range, cross-gas factors or alarm performance; this must be provided by the OEM before design acceptance. Use a chemically suitable remote sampling path or controlled installation position, maintain dedicated reference gas testing and never represent a general-purpose OEM module as a self-contained personal safety detector or site Ex-certified gas alarm.
