Product Positioning

CM1107: Unresolved Technical Fields to Confirm

Important evidence gap: This specific product card does not yet list a numerical measurement range or an accuracy bound. Both values must be obtained from a CM1107-specific datasheet. Do not use the CM1106SL-NS or CM1109 range/accuracy as substitutes merely because they are in the same Cubic NDIR CO₂ category.

Interface definition: “Digital” is not sufficient to connect the sensor to a controller. Verify physical pinout, power supply, serial or bus protocol, sampling cycle and fault signaling against the manufacturer’s CM1107 technical file.

Model-selection gate: Before recommending this unit for a ventilation controller, record the operating concentration, measurement uncertainty at setpoint, response time, calibration/baseline policy, condensation exposure and product lifecycle status.

Document control: Link a dated primary Cubic model sheet when available. Until then the present model record should remain an informational directory entry, not a verified engineering specification.

Cubic CM1107 — dual-optical-channel NDIR; distinguish newer N/NS — sourced technical review

Manufacturer model- and order-code-specific measurements, electrical parameters and lifecycle differences. Avoid extending published values to physically different revisions and newer successor families.

OEM integration, calibration and product lifecycle

Cubic’s dual-beam CO₂ sensing is important for permanently occupied rooms, medical environments and indoor farming where ambient fresh-air ABC assumptions can be false. The archived model-specific CM1107 data give ±(50ppm+3% measured value) and 0–5kppm; Cubic’s current family page lists CM1107N at ±(30ppm+3%) instead. Those grades must remain separate until an exact replacement cross-reference is obtained. Confirm electrical bus framing, pressure correction, reference optical path maintenance and supplied production suffix before installation.

Model-specific primary material: Manufacturer-hosted model details or manufacturer data reproduced by technical distributor. Cross-check current exact order code and installation requirements.
