Engineering & selection notes
A timer-operated drain can reduce maintenance compared with manual condensate discharge, but an unnecessarily long drain period wastes compressed air. Configure interval and open time based on actual condensate production. The correct coil voltage and valve flow direction must be checked at installation; the manufacturer’s instructions require isolating electrical power and depressurising the line before work.
