Physical split: The thermostat unit is 85.7mm / 85.7mm / 33.5mm and uses 3V DC (2 x AAA alkaline batteries); the supplied receiver is listed as 90mm / 90mm / 25mm with 230V (AC). These are separate circuits; the room unit’s battery supply must not be connected to the receiver’s mains terminals.
