Distinguish EDS 10 A from the separate EDS 10 R family when selecting electrical behavior and order codes. Switching delay may be set 0–50 seconds in the published sheet. For a safety interlock, the sensor’s switching ability alone does not demonstrate a certified safety function. Confirm the Ex marking/certificate rather than applying family-wide ATEX claims.
