TAKEX lists FS-1000E as an ultraviolet flame sensor covering a nominal 10 m and supporting AA/LR6 battery or 9–30 V DC supply modes. The manufacturer includes a local sounder and output/contact functions. This is different from FS-2000E’s permanently wired 10–30 V class and from FS-3500E’s prerecorded spoken-message annunciation.
Select battery management and replacement/test procedures if a stand-alone prevention deployment is proposed. UV flame sensing depends on unobstructed UV optical path and the particular source/flame characteristics; 10 m is not an unconditional detection distance through smoke, protective glazing or shelving. Confirm relay configuration and alarm integration with the manufacturer installation document. Do not treat the FS-1000E’s fire-prevention marketing as evidence of Ex-rated industrial-area installation.
