Technical Selection Considerations
AHU families can include multiple ordering codes, airflow sizes and configurations. Select fan operating points against external static pressure, appropriate filters based on project air quality requirements, heat recovery type, coil capacity, condensate and hygiene requirements, access zones and control-system compatibility. Do not assume all advertised options are included in one delivered unit.

Geniox Core — preconfigured size versus flexibility
Geniox Core is the manufacturer’s more structured modular AHU range, reported in seven base sizes. Compared with a fully bespoke Geniox selection, the available fan, filter and recovery configurations may be constrained by those predefined options. Match an actual manufacturer size to external duct pressure and desired ventilation volume rather than interpreting ‘Core’ as a single ready-to-install airflow rating. Confirm casing dimensions, energy recovery, controls interface and maintenance clearance on the selected unit.
