Chillventa 2026 brings the international refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation and heat pump community to Nuremberg, Germany, from 13–15 October 2026. The exhibition connects manufacturers, engineers, researchers, installers and technology suppliers to explore equipment, components, controls, efficiency and low-emission thermal systems.
What Is Chillventa?
Chillventa is a biennial international trade exhibition covering refrigeration technology, air conditioning, ventilation and heat pumps. Hosted at the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg, it brings together specialists across the cooling and heating value chain—from refrigerants and compressors to complete systems, electronic controls and engineering services.
According to the organizer’s September 2026 announcement, the 2026 exhibition is expected to welcome more than 1,100 exhibitors from over 50 countries. The accompanying professional programme includes specialist forums, demonstrations and more than 200 presentations. These are pre-event organizer figures, not confirmed final attendance results.

The Chillventa CONGRESS takes place on Monday, 12 October 2026, one day before the exhibition opens. Its technical programme focuses on the exchange of knowledge between research, industry and engineering practice.
Official programme tracks include the ASERCOM + EPEE Symposium, Heat Pumping Technologies, the 9th Innovation Day for Refrigeration Technology, and sessions on air conditioning for data centres. Topics such as energy demand, refrigerants, high-temperature heat pumps and cooling infrastructure connect closely to wider HVAC and environmental performance challenges.

Visitors can review manufacturer offerings, discuss applications with technical teams, attend specialist presentations and examine solutions for residential, commercial and industrial installations. AirAlign will pay particular attention to air conditioning systems, ventilation technologies, air handling components, sensors and transmitters, and controls or software that support more transparent HVAC performance data.
