LFLUGB — vortex for steam, gas or liquid
LFLUGB uses vortex shedding for suitable gas, steam or liquid flow service, unlike conductivity-dependent electromagnetic metering. Its measuring accuracy and minimum operating velocity depend on fluid density/viscosity and meter bore. Installation must account for upstream disturbances, flange geometry and vibration, especially in steam lines.
