LEFOO LF08H Cooler-Fan Pressure Switch

LEFOO LF08H is a manufacturer-documented pressure control switch, distinct from an analog transmitter.
AirAlign engineering comparison and selection cautions
Maker gives gauge pressure setpoints 0.02–6.5MPa with six increasingly wide tolerance tiers ±0.03 to ±0.25MPa. Pressure withstand is tier-dependent 1.5–8.0MPa and must not be confused with nominal operating switchpoint. Low-pressure and high-pressure variants have different ambient and medium temperature envelopes; 6A AC claims are configuration specific, mechanical 100000 and electrical 30000 cycles maker listed. Check motor starting-current suitability and the actual contact rating.

Verified LF08H Pressure Classes & Selection
The manufacturer rates LF08H for repeated cooler-fan and refrigeration pressure control. Selection must follow the pressure class: published tolerance and withstand pressure increase as the specified actuation point rises.
Pressure control versus component survival
Do not select LF08H by assuming its highest stated 8 MPa withstand pressure applies to every setting range. For example, the 0.02–0.6 MPa tier has a separately stated 1.5 MPa withstand limit. Burst pressure is also not an allowed operating setpoint.
Fan cycling, temperature and contacts
Low-pressure versions have maker ambient range −40 to +65 °C and medium range −40 to +80 °C; high-pressure versions have maker ambient up to +120 °C and media up to +135 °C. For repeatedly switching fans, verify locked-rotor motor current, contact arrangement and any external contactor/overload requirements rather than equating a 6 A resistive reference with all motor types.

LF08H — fan-control pressure tolerance tiers
The LF08H cooler-fan switch has a set of pressure/tolerance tiers: a low-pressure trigger may carry a tighter absolute tolerance than a high-pressure refrigeration application. Compare the selected code’s setpoint, proof pressure and available switching differential rather than borrowing a single nominal value. A fan enable switch does not continuously measure condenser pressure, and motor starting loads may need a contactor. Confirm refrigerant medium suitability.
