VL6000 two-output level and temperature scaling
VL6000 is identified as a level-plus-temperature device with two 4–20 mA channels in certain versions. Each channel needs its own receiving PLC input, measurement scale and fault-handling rules; do not combine a height span and temperature span into one analog value. Determine probe pressure range, liquid density and reference strategy for hydrostatic level, then confirm thermal sensor placement and the allowable submerged process temperature independently. Kevlar reinforcement is relevant to suspension and strain protection, but it is not a substitute for correct strain relief.
