ET-3XX — ethylene monitoring in produce storage
EMS catalogs ET-3XX as an ethylene (C₂H₄) gas transmitter. In produce ripening, the relevant concentration, ventilation and response time depend on crop and process stage; an ethylene transmitter must not be replaced with a broad VOC sensor if selectivity matters.
